J&E Bio operates NAMs Insights. This notice describes how we handle information submitted through the website and information used to protect website access.
Contact-Form Information
The contact form asks for your name, email address, organization and message. We use these details to respond to your inquiry and manage any related discussion. Your message is delivered to our team through WeCom, a Tencent enterprise messaging service. It is not displayed publicly.
Please do not submit patient information, sensitive personal details or confidential research data. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or add you to a marketing list.
Hosting and Security
Cloudflare provides website hosting, traffic protection and the Turnstile security check on the contact form. These services may process network and browser information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as your IP address and request details.
When you send a message, Cloudflare verifies the security token and applies submission limits before forwarding the inquiry to our team. The website does not publish your contact details or message.
Cookies, Local Preferences and Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page views, referral sources and website performance. Cloudflare states that this service does not use cookies or browser storage to collect usage metrics, or track people across websites.
We do not use advertising trackers. Your browser may save your choice to pause the home-page animation. Cloudflare Turnstile provides the security check on the contact form.
Third-party websites linked from our articles have their own privacy and cookie practices. Following a link takes you to the relevant provider's website.
Service Providers and Access
We use Cloudflare for hosting and form security, and WeCom for inquiry delivery. These providers may process information in locations outside your country. Access to inquiry information is limited to the people who need it to handle the discussion and maintain the service.
We do not sell contact-form information. Any disclosure required by applicable law or needed to address abuse will be handled in accordance with the relevant requirements.
Your Questions and Requests
You can use the contact form to ask about the personal information you have submitted, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Include enough detail to identify the relevant inquiry, but do not send identity documents through the form. We may need to verify that a request relates to your information.
If our handling of information changes, we will update this notice and provide any additional notice or choice required for the change.
